Meet Phillip Guichet MD

Dr. Phillip Guichet is an interventional radiologist who specializes in minimally invasive treatment of enlarged prostate (BPH), varicocele, internal hemorrhoids, and osteoarthritis.

As an assistant clinical professor in the UC Irvine School of Medicine Department of Radiological Sciences, Dr. Guichet provides the full spectrum of minimally invasive interventional radiology care, including trauma embolization, interventional oncology, and treatment of venous thromboembolism. ​​

Dr. Guichet completed his residency in vascular and interventional radiology at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine, where he served as chief resident and was awarded resident teacher of the year. Dr. Guichet completed a general surgery internship at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center and earned his medical degree with distinction in research at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.​ Dr. Guichet has received recognition and awards for his research which has been presented at national and international scientific conferences.

Dr. Guichet's mission is to deliver to his patients world-class, evidence-based care and personal attention. He sees patients in Newport Beach, Irvine, and Orange, California.
